You can share your entire screen or a specific window. FaceTime comes with a feature called SharePlay, which is built right into the program. SharePlay is built right into FaceTime
SharePlay is an app that adds the ability to share your screen with people over FaceTime. The app can be found on compatible Apple devices, including the HomePod and Apple TV. If you’d like to share your screen with someone else, follow these steps. Once SharePlay is installed, you’ll be able to share your screen and share music and videos.
When you are in a FaceTime call, tap on the ‘Open’ button to start a SharePlay session. It will open up the SharePlay app and start streaming any content you share. You can also join the session by tapping the ‘Join SharePlay’ button or the ‘Open’ button.
To use SharePlay, all participants in a FaceTime call must have the relevant app on their phones. The app requires a subscription for the service. You can also try out a free session. The only caveat is that each party must have an account with the service that is being shared.
